Implementation
As part of our commitment to you, your Project Manager will provide support to you and your team for up to two months following your go-live date. This will include working with your Commercial Account Team on a day-to-day basis to ensure the system continues to meet your needs and changing demands.
It also provides opportunity to meet with buyers face to face and is an excellent platform to deliver key messages from both Commercial and you, our customer. These messages can often include information on average orders, sustainability and much more.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
At the start of the implementation phase you will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager. They will work with you to define your requirements and ensure your implementation is delivered on time, on spec and fully operational.
Every business has unique needs and your Project Manager has been trained to find the best way to implement your account based on your company’s profile. In addition, they will help you identify new ways to further reduce the time and cost of procurement administration whilst minimising any business disruption.

In a bid to provide customers with greater peace of mind regarding the origin of products available through Photon Productions network of suppliers,our supplier engagement includes working with suppliers to ensure that they adhere to the environmental and ethical standards that we adhere to. All suppliers receive assessments of their ethical and environmental processes and are checked for accreditations. We also help our supplier’s source sustainable products which we have better access to due to the scale of our ethical procurement operation.
